Delivery Methods / Shipping Costs

In case the product is shipped to the place chosen by the Customer, the product is delivered to an external partner – carrier and the Customer is informed electronically that the product is ready for shipment. Shipping costs are calculated based on the Customer’s order. Any incorrect entry by the Customer and therefore incorrect calculation of shipping costs is not the responsibility of the company, but of the Customer. It is noted that the Customer may choose to transport the goods by his own means and at his own expense, however, in this case, the goods are transported at his own risk and you should have contacted, beforehand, a representative of our customer service department in order to jointly agree on the method of payment. Also, we would like to inform you that our company is not responsible for the amount of shipping costs invoiced by non-partner courier companies. To receive the order, the Customer will show the external partner-carrier the order confirmation (order code) and the notification of shipment, as well as an official identification document (such as an identity card or passport). If the Customer wishes to authorize a third person to receive his order, then the third authorized person must show a special authorization to receive the specific order, legally certified by a KEP or a police or other authority, as well as an official document necessary for the verification of identity (identity card, passport, etc.). Since after the receipt of the products, the risk passes to the Customer, the latter must check the products received upon receipt, as with the order, the risk is transferred to the Customer. If the Customer does not take delivery of the product after receiving the notification for dispatch and despite the notification from the carrier, the company reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.

-The company can serve customers from all over Greece.

-Shipments are made by ELTA courier and are free of charge for purchases over 150.00 euros and if the shipment does not exceed eight (8) kilograms.

-If the purchases are less than 150,00 euros or are more than 150,00 euros but exceed eight (8) kilos, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

-In this case the charge is as follows:

-If the customer wishes to cooperate with another transport company than the one we cooperate with, he should inform us in time with his order either by phone at 2310-669355 or by e-mail: info@e-mitsou.gr.

-In case the order cannot be executed for reasons of force majeure (e.g. strikes, weather conditions, etc.), we will contact you either by phone or e-mail.

-In the case of products marked “on request”, if you wish to place an order, please contact us either by telephone or e-mail.

-In inaccessible areas, shipments are made through the Greek Post Office (ELTA) and the delivery time is determined by ELTA.

-Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

-For orders whose total weight exceeds 8 Kg or whose dimensions are large, we recommend that you choose to have them sent by a shipping company so that you incur the lowest possible cost. The time between the dispatch of your order and its delivery depends on the area in which you are located. In addition, we would like to inform you that in some areas of the Greek territory, the transport companies do not deliver orders to your place but give you the possibility of receiving them from their facilities, for which our company bears no responsibility. In addition, in case you choose to send your order with a transport company, you are not given the option to pay by cash on delivery.

Receipt from the store

If you wish, you can pick up your order from our physical store, 137, Oraiokastro, Stavroupoli, Thessaloniki. However, you must have previously contacted a representative of our customer service department to confirm the correctness and availability of your order. In addition, for orders that need to be processed in order to be executed, you should have been informed of the exact date and time when they will be available and you will be able to receive them. Pick-ups of orders from our physical store are made during store hours.
